Many know of farmer and operator Jeremy Carter as a savoury grower, but for over 30 years he has also been a farmer specializing in herbicide and pesticide free vegetables and fruits. His love for a full-bodied tomato, giant sweet carrots, plentiful basil, and sweet honeycrisps is evident in the food he produces and the many connections made. Together, Jeremy operates Nagels Hill with his partner Leisha, on his family farm of Mount Scio, providing a twice-weekly CSA delivery filled with lettuce, spinach, basil, kale, tomatoes, tomatillos, squash, potatoes, carrots, strawberries, red currants, honeycrisp apples, leeks, peas, and more.
